There are several websites such as this one where you can find information on certain communities in specific states that you are interested in moving to. But very few websites cover the broad topic of the best places to retire.

My friends at TopRetirements.com have released their book “100 Best Retirement Towns” for those wanting to find information on the best places to retire. What I like best about what Top Retirements has done here is the in-depth research they’ve done for each of the towns listed. If you follow their site at all you’ll also know that they travel quite a bit to the cities and towns they write about.

The 312-page book is available in ebook, Kindle, or print format. I highly recommend you pick up a copy if you’re doing research on places to retire in the coming months or years.
