Advertising on our website is completely performance based. Meaning, you only pay for actual leads from interested buyers that are sent directly to you by email.
Here’s How It Works:
First, we will create a highly visible listing for your community on our website free of charge. Next, we will send an announcement to our 3,000+ newsletter subscribers and include your community in our auto-responder series. Last but not least your community will be featured in our bi-weekly “spotlight” emails on a rotating basis.
People who are interested in learning more about your community fill out a form on our site, gathering their name, email address, mailing address, and phone number. These leads are sent by email immediately as they are received to you and/or your sales team. We can even send them directly to a CRM system you might be using such as Salesforce or Highrise. Again, you only pay when a visitor requests to receive more information about your community.
You will be billed monthly at the end of each month. We charge just $10/lead!

Q: How will I be invoiced for the leads?
A: We will send you an invoice via email. You can easily pay this with a credit card online or through PayPal. If you absolutely have to pay by check that’s o.k. too.
Q. How many leads should I expect to receive each month?
A. Great question and this really depends on a bunch of factors. But, here’s a general range. In your first month, when we send to our newsletter list most communities see between 40 and 60 leads come through. In subsequent months most communities receive between 20 and 40 leads.
Q. I saw the same lead come through twice. What gives?
A. First, you of course will not be billed for any duplicate leads. Second, this will be an extremely rare occurrence because our forms are designed to only allow one form submission per IP address. Sometimes a person will send a request from their home computer then a few months later forget that they’ve requested information before and fill out the form from their office (different IP address). But again, no worries as you won’t be billed twice for the same person.
Q. A lead that came through was already in my system. Do I have to pay for it?
A. Again, you won’t be billed for leads that already reside in your CRM. Just let us know asap if this happens. This is sort of an “on your honor” thing, but I can tell you the times that this has actually happened can be counted on one hand.
We’ve built up great relationships with our featured communities over the last few years. In fact, no community taking part in our pay-per-lead program has ever dropped out of the program. This is a testament to the fact that this pay for performance method actually works!
