Eagle Landing has several amenities that are unique among Florida communities. First of all, there is a Kids Club where kids can enjoy story time, participate in plays and performances, or spend their time climbing and swinging on the playground equipment.
The Athletic and Tennis Center features a state-of-the-art fitness center, clay tennis courts, and a full size gymnasium with an indoor jogging track. The athletic center is staffed by trained fitness professionals.
At the Village Green you can rent a fishing pole, grab a bite to eat or take in an outdoor movie on certain evenings when the weather is nice. There is also a coffee shop, game room, and a general store.
Most Florida communities have at least one swimming pool, but Eagle Landing has its own Swim Park with a water playground for the kids, and adults only lap pool, as well as a competition diving pool. Food and drink service are available from the poolside cafe and cabana bar.
On top of all this there is also an 18-hole championship golf course. The golf facility includes a driving range, putting greens and chipping and pitching area. The golf clubhouse has a full pro shop, sports bar, and indoor and outdoor dining facilities.
