Prices also vary depending on the style of home that you choose.

Single family homes may start around $200,000 to $300,000 whereas custom homes may start at $800,000 and peak at six million dollars. Condominiums are priced around $300,000 and townhomes and other single family homes may be priced from $200,000 to one million dollars. Beautiful beaches and boating are available for your pleasure. Freshwater lakes are great for catching bass and catfish. Fly-fishers can hook snook, trout or even redfish.

Many state parks are accessible for family outings and picnics. Waterfront restaurants provide for the most discerning palate.
