I recently visited Solivita and was not at all impressed. The sales staff were less than friendly, almost acted as if they were above everybody else. The ammenities are lacking. There are no restaurants or shopping anywhere near the community. They advertise that Disnet is 21 miles away which is not very close and who wants to spend their retirement at Disney. Apparently there is nothing else around to use for advertising to lure prospective residents.
