The quality of any retirement community can be judged by its amenities, and while the amenity center at Southshore Falls is a little on the smaller side at roughly 14,000 square feet, it is quite nice and provides the types of amenities most retirees are looking for. Things like 2 heated resort/lagoon style pools, fitness center, billiard and card room, tennis courts and a bocce ball court are all available for resident’s use. There is also an activities director on staff to help with planning the social calendar.

The entrance to Southshore Falls is gated and staffed by security guards 24 hours a day. There are also several lakes and conservation areas throughout the community which certainly add to the beauty.
