Del Webb Naples – Del Webb Naples is actually located in the town of Ave Maria, FL. By now you probably know that Del Webb was the pioneer of the active adult retirement community concept, and their community in Naples lives up to all expectations you might have when it comes to Florida retirement community living.
Hammock Bay – Golf and Country Club community between Naples and Marco Island. “Situated between the sophistication of downtown Naples and the pristine beaches of Marco Island, Hammock Bay offers plenty of both activity and leisure to let Residents enjoy a life of luxury and balance. Lake San Marino – Lake San Marino RV and Manufactured Home Resort located in Naples is perfect for anyone who calls the road home for all or part of the year. The community even has daily, weekly and monthly rates to fit just about any type of traveling schedule.
Lely Resort – Lely Resort Golf and Country Club is a massive Naples area community which when complete will have more than 4,000 homes. While it is not age restricted, the location, golf, and other amenities make it very conducive to easy retirement living for baby boomers.
River Hall – River Hall is a private, gated master-planned community near Fort Myers, FL being developed by The LandMar Group out of Jacksonville. When all is complete there are expected to be around 1400 homes in this large community, anchored by a Davis Love III designed championship golf course.
Tall Oaks – Tall Oaks is a gated, 55-plus manufactured home retirement community in Naples, FL. One thing that you will notice immediately when compared to many other Florida retirement communities is that there is not a golf course within the community. This is actually not a bad thing, because if you do play golf there are plenty of courses in and around the Naples area, but you will not have to worry about the upkeep of the golf course effecting your monthly or yearly maintenance fees.
Verona Walk – Verona Walk is a Naples Florida community that is not strictly a retirement community as anyone can live there, but, the community is certainly ideal for retiring boomers. Verona Walk is being developed by DiVosta Homes, a division of Pulte Homes, which is the parent company of perhaps the most well know builder/developer of retirement communities, Del Webb.
Village Walk – Village Walk is a Naples area community, located in Bonita Springs, is very similar to its sister community, Verona Walk in Naples. It is a non-age restricted community, but the available amenities certainly make it very welcoming to baby boomers and retirees of any age.
