Valencia Reserve – Boynton Beach, FL

Valencia Reserve is a brand new active adult retirement community in South Florida being developed by GL Homes. Valencia Reserve is the third Florida community in the GL Homes family of “Valencia” active adult communities. When all is said and done Valencia Reserve will be a community of over 800 homes with a 41,000 square foot clubhouse as the centerpiece.

Located in Boynton Beach, Valencia Reserve is near Valencia Pointe, its sister active adult community. Boynton is just 15 minutes from downtown Boca Raton. Boynton has many options available for dining, shopping and recreation.

The two features that always stand out among GL Homes communities are their grand entrances and their state of the art clubhouses. The clubhouse at Valencia Reserve will have a large fitness center, social hall, multiple swimming pools, several special interest rooms like arts and crafts, billiard and card room, even a Nintendo Wii interactive gaming studio. This last feature is something you are seeing in more and more retirement communities. Who doesn’t like a little Wii bowling?

The entrance to Valencia Reserve will be highlighted by a 24-hour manned entry gate, surrounded by lush landscaping and waterfalls.

Home prices at Valencia Reserve actually start below $300k for the 1,300 square foot Catherine Model and go up from there until you reach the 2,800 square foot Madrid which starts at more than $500,000. There are several sizes between these two extremes, bound to fit almost any size requirement or budget.
