Village Walk is a Naples area community, located in Bonita Springs, is very similar to its sister community, Verona Walk in Naples. It is a non-age restricted community, but the available amenities certainly make it very welcoming to baby boomers and retirees of any age.
Like VeronaWalk, Village Walk is also developed by DiVosta Homes, a division of Pulte Homes, parent company to popular retirement community developer Del Webb.
Living in Village Walk your home’s lawn care, irrigation, cable and alarm system monitoring are provided by the Homeowner’s Association. The community has a full time activities director and there are over 40 regularly scheduled activities and typically 15 special events each month.
Amenities at Village Walk are almost identical to those at VeronaWalk. You’ve got a Twon Center with retail stores, a bank, a restaurant and more. Meeting rooms, a ballroom, card room, library, wireless internet access are also available for resident’s use. A resort style pool, lap pool, basketball court, bocce court, kids playground and eight tennis courts round out the Town Center.
