Here you’ll find pretty much the same floorplans and amenities offered in other Del Webb communities, but if Southwest Florida is where you want to retire, this place is definitely worth checking out. Prices start in the $300k’s.
Cascades at River Hall occupies over 2,000 acres of beautiful land just outside of Fort Myers, Florida. The community plan here calls for around 575 single-family homes, as well as a host of amenities like a community clubhouse, outdoor pool, and fitness center. Residents here also have the option of joining the Davis Love III 18-hole golf course for an annual fee.
