This popular retirement community destination is growing rapidly not only because of Northerners retiring there, but also because of people moving up from South Florida, to escape the high home prices and congestion.
Latitude Margaritaville Daytona Beach is the first iteration of the retirement community concept/partnership between Jimmy Buffett’s Margaritaville Holdings and Minto Communities. The community began sales in late 2017 and so far more than 500 homes have been sold in this community planned for more than 6,000 homes.
As you might have suspected, Latitude Margaritaville is being designed to reflect the Margaritaville lifestyle, including the look and feel of its homes, which will feature an Old Florida/Key West architectural style.
