Four Seasons at Parkland offers 18 different floorplans that range in size from 1,965 square feet all the way up to 3,615 square feet. Each of those options is built with all of the featured today’s homebuyers are seeking, and they are typically priced anywhere from the high-$400s up to the high-$700s.
Freedom at Arbor Mill – Jacksonville, FL
If smaller single-family homes are what you are looking for, Freedom at Arbor Mill is a fantastic option located right outside of Jacksonville. Residents here enjoy access to their own private clubhouse and pool, as well as the public amenities of the larger Oakleaf Plantation community.
The 156 single-family homes at Freedom at Arbor Mill are available with three or four bedrooms with anywhere from 1,585 to 1,986 square feet of living area. Those homes are all very similarly priced in the low-to-mid-$200s.
Freedom at Azalea Ridge – Middleburg, FL
With construction just starting in 2017, Freedom at Azalea Ridge is a newer community of 136 single-family homes located just south of Jacksonville in lovely Middleburg, Florida. With prices that start in the high-$100s and only range up in to the mid-$200s, the homes at JB Ranch are competitively priced for the market. Despite the reasonable price point, those homes still range in size from 1,641 to 2,034 square feet and include many of the most popular features on the market today.

Lakes of Mount Dora offers a few different ranch-style homes that range in size from as small as 1,263 square feet all the way up to something as large as 3,700 square feet. Those homes start in the high-$200k’s, but they can get up over $500k depending on size and optional features.

Latitude Margaritaville is a Jimmy Buffet-themed community of just over 3,000 attached villas and single-family homes located in Daytona Beach that is a perfect destination for any Parrothead. Residents here enjoy access to amenities like the Fins Up! Fitness Center, a fantastic resort-style pool, and all the “boat drinks” they can handle from the Latitude Bar & Chill Restaurant.
Homes at Latitude Margaritaville start in the mid-$200s and can get as high as the low-$500s. Those homes are available in a total of 15 different variations that are all themed after your favorite Buffet songs.

Latitude Margaritaville Watersound is another Jimmy Buffett-style community that is located about halfway between Panama City Beach and Miramar Beach. In addition to all of the standard Margaritaville amenities, residents here also enjoy access to their own private beach along Florida’s Gulf Coast.
Because Latitude Margaritaville Watersound is one of the newest communities on our list, we don’t have much information on the pricing there just yet. However, we expect that both the options and the pricing here will be similar to the Latitude Margaritaville community in Daytona Beach.
