Del Webb is a division of Pulte Homes that focuses on building and developing 55+ active adult communities. Del Webb is one of the original pioneers of the 55-plus community concept, having started their first development, Sun City, more than 50 years ago.
Del Webb currently has several new home communities under development in Florida, with several more on the way.

Del Webb eTown
Del Webb eTown is a new, smart-living, 55+ gated community in Jacksonville centrally located near the popular St. Johns Town Center retail/dining/entertainment center off I-295. Meet friends at the private clubhouse and amenity center with recreational activities including tennis, pickleball, bocce courts, walking trails, outdoor pavilions, fire pits and so much more. Homes start in the $400k's.
Del Webb Nocatee
Del Webb Nocatee is a new 55+ gated community in Ponte Vedra, which is in Northeast Florida, just minutes from Jacksonville and St. Augustine, and about 4 miles from pristine beaches.
The Canopy Club offers luxury amenities just a golf cart's drive away, including a zero-entry pool, pickleball courts, fitness studio, and even an onsite Tavern & Grill with private wine lockers.
Del Webb Wildlight
Del Webb Wildlight is a new 55+ community north of Jacksonville in the Fernandina Beach/Amelia Island area. For those who plan to travel frequently, the community is only about 15 minutes from Jacksonville International Airport. You can expect to see the same types of homes and amenities offered in other Del Webb communities here in Florida.
Central East Coast
Del Webb at Viera
Situated over 500 acres, with plans for approximately 1,300 homes, Del Webb at Viera offers retirement living in an acclaimed master-planned community known for its robust amenities and proximity to beautiful beaches, fine dining and shopping.
Del Webb at Viera offers single-family and villa homes similar to those available in other Del Webb communities. Prices start in the $300k's.
Southeast Florida
Del Webb Tradition
Del Webb Tradition is a 55+ active adult community located in the master-planned community of Tradition just outside of beautiful Port St. Lucie, FL.
Residents here enjoy all of the standard amenities that come with a Del Webb property, which includes a grand clubhouse, state-of-the-art fitness center, on-site Lifestyle Director, and various outdoor sports courts. On top of that, one of the biggest attractions here is the dog park for our four-legged friends. Del Webb Tradition features 10 different home designs.
Southwest Florida
Del Webb Oak Creek
Del Webb Oak Creek in Fort Myers opened in 2022. If I've said it once, I've said it 100 times, the biggest thing with choosing one Del Webb over another is location and Fort Myers is known for having plenty of outdoor activities including golfing, kayaking, boating, and fishing, so this one is bound to be a winner.
Del Webb Naples
Located about 30 miles east of Naples in the master-planned community of Ave Maria, Del Webb Naples is a fairly large community of around 2,000 condos, townhouses, and single-family homes. This community has an (optional to join) 18-hole championship golf course, sports courts, resort and lap pools, a state-of-the-art fitness center, and 2 large clubhouses with a full-time Lifestyle Director. Homes start in the $300k's.
Cypress Falls at The Woodlands
Cypress Falls at The Woodlands is a 55+ active adult community located in North Port, which is right outside of Port Charlotte in Southwest Florida.
The two big selling points for this community are the low-maintenance home designs and close access to local amenities like beaches and golf courses. Of course, there is also the resort-style pool, fitness center, and plenty of hobby clubs available to residents as well. Cypress Falls at The Woodlands is currently offering six different home designs.
Central West Coast
Del Webb Catalina
Del Webb can't get enough of Lakewood Ranch!
In their follow-up to the now sold-out Del Webb Lakewood Ranch, Del Webb Catalina brings the trusted Del Webb 55+ lifestyle back to the award-winning Lakewood Ranch master plan, featuring a massive 15-acre amenity campus overlooking a 70-acre lake.
While the main clubhouse is still under development, a temporary Lifestyle House with pickleball courts and putting green is already in place, with the main amenities scheduled for completion in late 2026.
Del Webb BayView
Del Webb Bay View is located in Parrish, which is in Manatee County, about 30 minutes away from downtown Sarasota, St. Petersburg, and Tampa. Even though this community only just recently opened, I’ve already had a few readers purchase homes there. Prices tend to be slightly lower here than at nearby Del Webb Lakewood Ranch.
Del Webb Bexley
Del Webb Bexley is a 55+ gated community located north of Tampa just outside of Land O' Lakes, FL in the master-planned community of Bexley.
The focal point of the entire community is the stunning multi-million dollar Meridian Clubhouse that comes complete with a full-time Lifestyle Director. Other amenities include a wide range of community clubs and a large selection of fitness classes.
Central Florida
Del Webb Oasis
Del Webb Oasis in Winter Garden, is located just minutes from Orlando area theme parks and attractions. In fact, Disney fireworks can be seen from the community and it is so close to Disney that I've taken to calling it the “Disney Del Webb”.
Like most Del Webb communities, Del Webb Oasis will have a long list of amenities for residents to enjoy, including a 12,000 sq. ft. resort-style amenity center
Del Webb offers 13 different floorplans here including their “Scenic”, “Distinctive”, and “Echelon” home series, plus the “Ellenwood” from their attached villa series.
Del Webb Sunbridge
Del Webb Sunbridge is a new 55+ gated community in St. Cloud, just minutes from Lake Nona and Orlando.
The 27,000 sf. Hammock Club features luxurious indoor and outdoor amenities like a zero-entry pool, resistance pool, pickleball and tennis courts, a fitness center, a movement studio, and more. Attached villas here start in the $300k's and single-family homes are also available.
Del Webb Minneola
Del Webb Minneola is scheduled to open soon just north of Clermont. The community is only one mile from the Florida Turnpike, which makes getting just about anywhere you need to go in the greater Orlando area extremely easy.
The actual site of the community features 130 feet of elevation change which creates some stunning views, especially from the 2-story clubhouse in the hills. You can expect to see the same types of homes and amenities offered in other Del Webb communities here in Florida.
North Central Florida
Del Webb Stone Creek
Del Webb Stone Creek is a gated, 55+ active adult community located in the horse capital of the world, Ocala, FL. The community has an 18-hole championship golf course, restaurant, resort-style pools, fitness center, spa, multiple game courts, a full-time lifestyle director and more. Home prices start in the $200k's.
Final Thoughts…
As you can see, there are plenty of Del Webb communities all over the state. We'll continue to update this list when they add new ones or older ones get sold out.
