June 2025 Updates
Amenities that are now open include:

- Latitude Bar & Chill Restaurant
- Overlook Bar
- Fins Up! Fitness Center
- Paradise Pool and so much more
The Bar & Chill will begin accepting online ordering very soon. Residents will be able to order food online and prepay to pick up and take home. Also, there will be QR codes on the Paradise Pool tables so that residents can mobile order from the Bar & Chill and have it brought out for pickup.
On Friday, June 6th, they are having an open house for the Grand Opening of Phase 2 of Amenities – Workin’ N’ Playin’ Center and Last Mango Theater.
There will be live music, stilt walkers, games and giveaways. Residents will get to preview the Hangar Workshop, Pottery Clayground, Barkaritaville Pet Shop and the Last Mango Theater.
NEW for 2025: Change in Latitude Getaway
The Change in Latitude Getaway program is available beginning June 10 with reservations being accepted now. Stay 2 or 3 nights in a Margaritaville-inspired Cottage with full access to the community amenities and a golf cart to use during your stay for only $199/night.
