Our friends at the Villages of Citrus Hills recently sent over a brand new batch of stunning photos, and since “WE WANT MORE PHOTOS!” is the #1 request I get here on the blog, I'm excited to share these with you today.
Skyview Clubhouse
The Villages of Citrus Hills is home to a handful of clubhouses, but the new photos they sent over are of their Skyview Clubhouse. If you move to the Villages of Citrus Hills, this is one place you'll be spending a lot of time…
Here's how Citrus Hills describes Skyview:
“The Skyview Clubhouse is a spectacular place to start a day of golf or tennis – and just as good of a spot to finish the day. The Skyview observation deck gives you a wide view of the Citrus Hills area, as well as the action on the courts below. A full service pro shop is onsite for all your golfing needs and the restaurant and lounge is a perfect place to meet before a round of golf, or to celebrate a great game after the 18th hole.”
BellaVita Spa and Fitness Center
Another place you'll probably find yourself quite a bit is BellaVita Spa and Fitness Center. This 50,000-square-foot world-class complex includes a full-service spa, indoor lap pool, 150 pieces of exercise equipment, dozens of classes, racquetball courts, and elegant locker rooms with sauna and steam rooms for men and women.
Central Activity Clubhouse
Another popular place to hang out at the Villages of Citrus Hills is the Central Activity Clubhouse.
Whether you’re looking to work up a sweat or cool off in the pool, the Central Activity Clubhouse has something to offer everyone. It includes a fitness center, heated outdoor pool, auditorium, media center, card room, pool tables and pickleball courts.
The clubhouse lives up to its name as the Central Activity Center of the Villages of Citrus Hills. It is where more than 50 social and activity clubs meet. People also get together for card games, to shoot pool with friends or surf the web. And it’s also where you can meet new people and make friends.
Tiki Bar at the Grille
The Island Vibe has arrived at the Villages of Citrus Hills at the Tiki Bar. Great food and beverages, fun surroundings and an exciting atmosphere make it a magical place.
More than 55,000 palm fronds were required to construct the thatched roof while the flooring is beautiful IPE Brazilian hardwood.
Imagine sitting with friends enjoying a frozen concoction such as a Blue Voodoo while listening to some Jimmy Buffet. For sports fans, there are 10 TVs strategically placed under the roof.
Dog Park at Rockwood Park
The two-acre dog park at the Villages of Citrus Hills features separate fenced-in areas for large and small dogs. There is also a covered resting and water station, restrooms for their human friends, and a doggie rinse area.
Playful dogs will be drawn to the water play features, including the spraying fire hydrants. They will also love digging in the bone-shaped sand traps. The park also contains dog-friendly walking paths, benches for owners to relax, and “Poo Mail Service” stations for disposing of doggie waste.

Whether you are downsizing your family home or looking for a spacious warm-weather retreat, deciding on a new home and in what kind of neighborhood you want to live is a big decision. At the Villages of Citrus Hills, you have ample options that allow you to personalize the home you’ve always wished for.
