Del Webb Naples
Located just east of Naples in the master-planned community of Ave Maria, Del Webb Naples is a fairly large community of around 2,000 condos, townhouses, and single-family homes. This community has an (optional to join) 18-hole championship golf course, sports courts, resort and lap pools, a state-of-the-art fitness center, and 2 large clubhouses with a full-time Lifestyle Director.
Riviera Golf Estates
Built over the course of nearly 40 years, Riviera Golf Estates contains a mix of home types. The older homes tend to be manufactured homes, and the homes built closer to completion of the development are site built homes. Amenities here include a clubhouse with fitness center, pool and spa, tennis/pickleball courts, walking trails, a golf course, and more.
Tidewater by Del Webb
Located even a bit more north of Naples in Estero, Tidewater by Del Webb is much smaller and more intimate than your typical Del Webb community. There are less than 400 homes in this community that was developed between 2015 and 2020. However, like most Del Webb communities there's still a clubhouse with a fitness center, card rooms, meeting rooms, pools, pickleball courts and more.
Cascades at Estero – Estero, FL
Also in Estero, the Cascades at Estero is a community of around 600 homes that was completed around 2007, so it is a bit older than the rest of the communities mentioned above. That might mean there are some better deals to be had, but it also likely means that some of the homes might need some updating, at least to make them comparable to today's new homes.
Amenities in Cascades at Estero include a large clubhouse, an indoor/outdoor swimming pool, fitness center, tennis courts and more.
