All of the houses in Latitude Margaritaville Daytona Beach and Latitude Margaritaville Watersound may look the same from the outside, but there is one key difference beneath the surface.
Homes at Latitude Margaritaville Daytona Beach are built using concrete block construction while the homes at Latitude Margaritaville Watersound are built using wood frame construction.
This may surprise some of you, and I'm told the difference is due to the fact that wood frame construction is simply the more common building method in the Florida Panhandle.
You can learn more about the construction process at Latitude Margaritaville Watersound in this video:
Regardless of the construction method, the homes in both Latitude Margaritaville locations include a 2-year material & workmanship warranty and 10-year structural warranty.
While both locations have a notoriously long waiting list for new construction, I've heard that higher interest rates have helped to whittle those lists down just a bit.
