The Terra Collection will consist of 154 townhomes. These one-story townhomes will have 2-3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a 2-car garage. Sizes range from 1,602-1,804+ square feet. Prices start in the $400k's.
The Lago Collection will consist of 143 one-story single-family homes that will have 3 bedrooms, 2-2.5 bathrooms, and a 2-car garage. Sizes range from 1,917-2,400+ square feet. Prices start in the $400k's.
The Sol Collection will consist of 198 one and two-story single-family homes. You don't see a lot of 55+ two-story homes so it will be interesting to see how these sell. These homes will have 3-4 bedrooms, 2.5-3.5 bathrooms, and a 3-car garage. Sizes range from 2,386-3,000+ square feet. Prices start in the $500k's.
