Location

Wesley Chapel is located approximately 20 miles northeast of Tampa, making it a convenient and appealing location for residents looking for proximity to urban amenities while still enjoying a suburban lifestyle.

The drive from Tampa to Wesley Chapel typically takes around 22 minutes, offering easy access to both Interstate 75 and Interstate 275 for straightforward travel to and from the area.

Tampa International Airport is about a 36-minute drive away, providing connections to numerous national and international destinations. This makes Wesley Chapel an accessible location for retirees looking to travel or for friends and family who come to visit.

Although it is not directly on the coast, Wesley Chapel's location in Pasco County allows for easy access to several beaches within approximately an hour's drive.
