The Andalucia in Vitalia at Tradition

by Ryan Erisman | Updated: October 22, 2018

One thing I really like about how Taylor Morrison presents their floorplans is that they also show the optional changes you can make to each floorplan.

Whether its making a particular room bigger, changing the configuration of a bathroom, or some other change, its refreshing to see all of your options laid out for you so you don't have to think so much.

The Andalucia in Vitalia at Tradition is no exception, and it has something like 17 different optional changes you can request, along with a handful of different looks you can go with for the front of the house.

Let's step inside and take a look through their model on display at Vitalia.

A main avenue in the Andalucia, the foyer features access to a versatile study, spacious laundry room, and secondary bedroom with a nearby full bath.

Transitioning to the common areas, a desirable open floorplan between the great room, kitchen and dining room enhances the loftiness of these rooms.

Bordered by the dining room and kitchen, the great room is ultra-functional and easily accessible.

The dining area has a great view of the lanai at the back of the Andalucia.

The well-appointed kitchen has all the counter and cabinet space most people would ever want in a home this size.

At the back corner of the Andalucia is where you'll find the Master Suite.

The HUGE walk-in closet is comparable to closets you'll see in much larger homes.

As you would expect, the Master Bathroom features his and her sinks, and beautiful shower.

The guest bedroom is located at the front of the home, and offers plenty of privacy for your overnight or longer-term guests.

And of course they get their own bathroom which is not big by any stretch of the imagination, but should be just what your short term guests would expect.

andalucia-lanai

Last but not least, the covered lanai is where you might be spending a lot of your time with all the great weather we're used to here in FL, and there are options available to screen this area in, expand it, add a courtyard, and so on.

At just under 1,600 sq. ft. of living area and priced starting in the low $200k's, the Andalucia is one of the most sought-after floorplans in Vitalia at Tradition and it's easy to see why.

Stop by and check it out on your next visit to the Port St. Lucie Area, or request more information below today.
