The Aster at On Top of the World

In preparation for the opening of a new owner-maintained neighborhood with home prices starting in the $160k’s adjacent to their town square, On Top of the World is closing down their model center in their Indigo East neighborhood.

One of the remaining move-in-ready homes they have is the Aster.

With 1,500 sq. ft. of living area, the 2 bedroom and 2 bath Aster was the smallest and least expensive “Classic” series floorplan offered in Indigo East at On Top of the World. 

Let’s take a look at the inside of the Aster model that was previously on display.

We start our tour in the kitchen of the Aster. In most smaller sized homes, the kitchen really gets snubbed as far as space is concerned.

Not so here in the Aster, where you'll find plenty of cabinet and counter space to function with…

They've even left enough room for a breakfast nook which looks out the front of the house…

Next up is the master bedroom…

We finish our tour on the relaxing back lanai…

One other thing we should point out is that a lot of smaller homes tend to be on the darker side because of a lack of windows, but as you can see in the photos above, that's not really the case with the Aster. There are plenty of windows strategically positioned to let the light shine in.

As I mentioned, there’s just one Aster remaining. It is on a privacy homesite and priced at $245,920. Beautiful design options have already been added to this brand-new move-in ready home.

The new model center for all of the other Cottage & Classic Series homes starting in the $160k’s is opening on Friday, February 14th.
