Cresswind Lakewood Ranch is one of a handful of 55+ neighborhoods located within the master-planned community of Lakewood Ranch in the Sarasota area on Florida's west coast.

For the uninitiated, Lakewood Ranch is the #1 best-selling multigenerational community in the country at the time of this writing.

Only The Villages – which is age-restricted – sells more homes.

The developer, Kolter Homes, builds their Cresswind 55+ communities across the state – as well as other locations in the southeast – and housing and amenities-wise, they offer similar things.

Cresswind Lakewood Ranch is in the northeast quadrant of Lakewood Ranch. It is bordered by the neighborhoods of Lorraine Lakes to the west, Sweetwater to the north, and Solera to the south. East of the community is vacant land.
