Del Webb Naples is actually located in the town of Ave Maria, FL. By now you probably know that Del Webb (now part of Pulte Homes) was the pioneer of the active adult retirement community concept, and their community in Naples lives up to all expectations you might have when it comes to Florida retirement community living.

      I think it is very important for people to realize how this community of Ave Maria is strongly associated with the Catholic Church and with a very traditional and conservative form of Catholicism. I am sure anyone interested in this community would check on the availability of places of worship outside the Roman Catholic tradition if this is important to them.

      I have a few questions about Ave Maria. Can someone tell me how much house insurance cost and if del webb homes are in the floodinsurance is required or if it is in the floodplain. thanks karin and mike peace
