While the community technically opened in 2022, they held their Grand Opening in January 2023. Here are some photos from that event:

Final Thoughts
I mention this in just about every Del Webb article I write, but for the most part, Del Webb builds the same floorplans across most of their different communities here in Florida, and the thinking behind this is that they have decades of experience under their belt as far as knowing what kinds of floorplans prospective buyers are looking for, so why reinvent the wheel?
What sets most communities apart from others, whether it's a Del Webb community or some other 55+ brand, is the location. In my opinion, that's really most important.
So if the Fort Myers area is on your shortlist, this community is definitely one you'll want to check out.
