The Bergamo at Solivita in Kissimmee is a former Parade of Homes First Place winner and after this walkthrough, I think you'll see why. Priced just under $180,000 at the time of this writing, this is one of the smaller homes offered at Solivita.
That said, it has 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, a study, and has 1,583 sq. ft. of living area, which is not tiny by any stretch.
As you can see from the photo above, the Bergamo comes standard with a 1-car garage which is a little different from most of the walkthroughs we've done. However, buyers have the option to extend the garage by about 4 feet, or, you also have the option to add a golf cart garage. A lot of people downsize their vehicle list to 1 car and 1 cart after they move to Florida anyway, so this is perfect.
