The Camelia model is part of the Conch Cottages Collection of floorplans at Latitude Margaritaville Watersound in the Florida Panhandle.
The Conch Cottages are the smallest floorplans available at Latitude Margaritaville, but as you'll see in the video below, there's still plenty of space for most retirees.
The Camelia itself is the second smallest floorplan available, just a step in size above the Bamboo model, and it has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a 2-car garage.
If you want low upkeep or plan to travel a lot once you move to Florida, you should definitely give this model a look.

Latitude Margaritaville Watersound offers both smaller (less expensive) cottages and villas, and bigger (more expensive) single-family floorplans starting in the $300k's.
