The Newburn at On Top of the World

While it may not look like it from the outside, the Newburn is a whopping 2,600 square feet of perfectly designed living available at On Top of the World.

Part of the “Estate Series,” this home contains 3 bedrooms and 2 or 3 bathrooms depending on whether you prefer a second suite or a library. There is also a flex room that makes for a perfect study and a spacious three-car garage.

As you enter the Newburn, you are immediately going to be impressed with the size of the combined great room, kitchen, and the small eating area at the back of the house.

Just to the right of the entryway you will find the multi-functional flex room that I would personally set up as my home office…but it could also be a great space for a card table or sitting room.

This shot from the back side of the kitchen gives you a good idea of how long the center island is.

The sink is located in the center of the island, which is long enough for four barstools. Imagine how much storage all that cabinet space adds up to!

The hallway at the end of the kitchen leads to the enormous 880 square foot 3-car garage.

Moving to the back of the house, we have a closer look at the eating area and the screened and covered lanai. There is also an add-on option to make the eating area into a sitting room.

You can expect to spend a lot of time outdoors living in Florida, and this lanai will be a great place to pass the time.

On the wall next to the eating area you will find the entrance to the master suite.

There is a small hallway that leads from the master bedroom to the master bathroom and features his and hers walk-in closets on either side.

The master bathroom is incredibly spacious with his and her sinks split by a sitting area in from of the large mirrors. Just to the left is where you will find a large tiled shower.

Moving over to the other side of the house you will find the entrance to the second suite in the back of the great room.

There is also an option to have a library here and for the second and third bedrooms to share a bathroom and hallway closer to the foyer.

In this model, the third bedroom and bathroom is located back by the front door entryway.

All in all, The Newburn is a versatile floorplan with plenty of space to work with.
