The Siena at Solivita

by Ryan Erisman | Updated: February 5, 2020

The Siena is one of the 20 or so floorplans available at Solivita (a 55+ community) in Kissimmee, FL.

Homes at Solivita start in the $170k's but this one is a bit more, as it is part of what they call their “Estate” or “Grand Estate” collections, and has 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, a 2-car garage as well as a golf cart garage.

Let's go inside and take a look!

Upon entering the Siena, you'll find yourself in this foyer. This shot is facing the door obviously, but if you were to turn around you'd have guest bedrooms off to one side and the Great Room straight ahead.

Let's check out those guest bedrooms first.

So above and below are the two guest bedrooms. As you can see, there's plenty of space and you can accommodate different types of furniture arrangements.

The two guest bedrooms share this bathroom…

Next up is the great room. Notice the detail with the tray ceiling, and to the left side of the photo you can just make out the optional wet bar…

Next, here is the dining room which looks out over the covered lanai which we'll get to here shortly…

The kitchen is a great size for just about any chef, and the island provides plenty of extra seating space…

Here's a look at how all three spaces come together…

Next up, located at the back of the home, is the Master Bedroom. That chandelier really dresses it up…

Here it is from another angle. Wait, what is that to the right side of the photo?

It's an optional sitting area just off the master. How nice is that? This can also be closed off and turned into a study if you so choose.

Here's a look at the master bathroom. Notice the separate vanities…no more fighting for elbow room while you're brushing your teeth…

Last but not least, we step out back to the covered lanai. A lot of people moving to Florida want a pool, but not a lot of upkeep. I think this pool is kind of a happy medium.

The Siena starts in the $200k's at the time of this writing, but decked out as you see it you'd definitely be well into the $300k's. But you definitely get a lot of space for that price, and Taylor Morrison gives you plenty of options for customizing their floorplans too.
