Twin Lakes “Virtual” Community Tour

by Ryan Erisman | Published: July 29, 2020 | Last Updated: December 28, 2021

In your search for the perfect community, nothing can compare to an in-person visit to see if it's someplace you might like to live.

But when that's not possible for whatever reason, video can be a great substitute.

Today I want to share with you a community “virtual” tour for Twin Lakes, a 55+ community in St. Cloud (Central Florida area).

Check it out right here:

Twin Lakes is one of the most desirable active lifestyle communities in Central Florida.

You've likely seen “lakes” that are really just ponds in some communities that you can't really do anything in. They're just nice to look at.

But in the video above you got a good look at Live Oak Lake where Twin Lakes residents can enjoy boating, fishing, kayaking and many other amenities usually reserved for fine resorts.

With a clubhouse, pool, patio areas, newly opened fitness center and a full time activities director, there is something for everyone in this outstanding community.

Twin Lakes, by Jones Homes USA, is now selling new homes with luxury features and advanced home technology, from the low $200k’s in the “convenient to everything,” Orlando Area.

Sound like a community you want to visit on your next scouting trip?
