This week one of your fellow Florida for Boomers readers bought a house to be built at Del Webb Sunbridge, a 55+ community located in St. Cloud.
That’s in Central Florida, just minutes from Lake Nona and Orlando.
Del Webb Sunbridge recently broke ground on their clubhouse, and to coincide with that they’ve released a new “flythrough” video of what it will look like when it’s all finished.
It’s easy to see why my readers were so excited!
See for yourself:
The 27,000 sf state-of-the-art clubhouse will be the health and social hub of this active adult community.
As seen in the video the clubhouse will have:
- a zero-entry pool
- resistance pool
- poolside hammocks
- heated spa
- sports courts
- a fitness center
- movement studio
- walking trails
- an amphitheater
- fire pits
- grille pavilion
- and more!
Join your friends on the pickleball court, meet new ones while grabbing a bite at the on-site tavern & grille, relax alone in the vitality health & wellness center, or enjoy an afternoon at the dog park.
With regular events planned by a full-time Lifestyle Director, it will be easy to stay active and social – and the clubhouse will let you do just that!
Single-Family Homes and Villas at Del Webb Sunbridge start from the mid-$200k’s.
