The Prosperity Model at Del Webb Oasis

by Ryan Erisman | Updated: January 19, 2023

The Prosperity model available to build at Del Webb Oasis is a 2-3 bedroom, 2 bathroom single-family home with approximately 1,670 sq. ft. of living space.

The Prosperity home design is single-story living at its finest. The owner's suite and secondary bedroom are separated by the main living areas – each with their own full bath. An airy kitchen is at the heart of the home, with a large walk-in pantry.

Let's go inside and take a look:

Here's a look at how the floorplan comes together:

Del Webb Oasis in Winter Garden, located just minutes from Orlando area theme parks and attractions, is a highly anticipated new Del Webb community in the Orlando area.

Like most Del Webb communities, Del Webb Oasis will have a long list of amenities for residents to enjoy, including a 12,000 sq. ft. resort style amenity center.

Del Webb will be offering 13 different floorplans here from their “Scenic”, “Distinctive”, and “Echelon” home series, plus the “Ellenwood” from their attached villa series.

Prices for single family homes here start in the $500k's, but they also have villas that start in the $400k's.

Are there any nice developments where you are NOT on top of everyone? I love people but do not want to be right next to them. Any places that have an acre or two separating houses?
