Review of Regency at Avenir in Palm Beach Gardens

by Ryan Erisman | Updated: December 21, 2022

Like most new 55+ communities in Palm Beach County, Regency at Avenir in Palm Beach Gardens is not for retirees on a tight budget.

But if the $600k+ starting price tag fits your budget, it gets you access to some stellar amenities, in particular the clubhouse named “the Pearl”.

Yes, it is so fancy the “t” in “the” is not capitalized.

Take a look:

Amenities include:

  • a resort-style pool called “The Lagoon”
  • a wellness studio (fitness center)
  • a yoga and meditation space
  • an indoor golf simulator
  • an art room with a kiln
  • an outdoor amphitheater
  • tennis, pickleball and bocce courts
  • and more!

An on-site lifestyle director gets paid to keep you busy with a well-rounded schedule of activities and social events.

Palm Beach Gardens Location

The clubhouse is not the only reason one might be attracted to Regency at Avenir. The community's location in Palm Beach Gardens is pretty great too.

There are a plethora of shopping, dining, and recreational options nearby including PGA National Resort, Palm Beach Gardens Tennis and Pickleball Center, and more.

Final Thoughts

All in all, Regency at Avenir is a great community to consider if you are interested in low maintenance, 55+ living, and the Palm Beach Gardens area in general.

It's not the cheapest community on this website by any means, but it is certainly on par for this particular part of Florida.

If you do in fact wind up here, thanks in advance for the invite 😉
