Like most new 55+ communities in Palm Beach County, Regency at Avenir in Palm Beach Gardens is not for retirees on a tight budget.
But if the $600k+ starting price tag fits your budget, it gets you access to some stellar amenities, in particular the clubhouse named “the Pearl”.
Yes, it is so fancy the “t” in “the” is not capitalized.
Take a look:
- a resort-style pool called “The Lagoon”
- a wellness studio (fitness center)
- a yoga and meditation space
- an indoor golf simulator
- an art room with a kiln
- an outdoor amphitheater
- tennis, pickleball and bocce courts
- and more!
An on-site lifestyle director gets paid to keep you busy with a well-rounded schedule of activities and social events.
