But if the $600k+ starting price tag fits your budget, it gets you access to some stellar amenities, in particular the clubhouse named “the Pearl”.
Yes, it is so fancy the “t” in “the” is not capitalized.

The low-maintenance, single-level homes range in size from 1,883 sq. ft. to 2,740 sq. ft. of living space.
At the time of this writing, the 469 homes in this community start in the $700k's.

Final Thoughts
All in all, Regency at Avenir is a great community to consider if you are interested in low maintenance, 55+ living, and the Palm Beach Gardens area in general.
It's not the cheapest community on this website by any means, but it is certainly on par for this particular part of Florida.
