In this article, we are looking at the three townhome options available in their “Terra Collection”, reported to start in the $300k's.

The Terra Collection features attached villa homes from 1,529-1,802 square feet with open-concept floor plans, well-designed kitchens, and private lanais.
The Teak
The smallest of the three townhome/villa options is called the Teak. It has 1,529 sq. ft., 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a 2-car garage.

The Meranti
With 1,602 sq. ft., the Meranti is just slightly larger than the Teak, and also has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a 2-car garage.
