While a lot of the communities we talk about on this site are age-restricted 55+ communities, we also talk about a lot of communities that are not age-restricted.
Some people call these “all ages communities” or “multigenerational communities” but no matter what you call them, the idea is the same; residents of all age groups living amongst each other in the same community.
We know it’s not always easy to distinguish between age-restricted and non-age restricted communities, especially since most of the communities we write about contain the types of amenities and offer the sort of lifestyle that would appeal to the 55+ crowd.
So with that in mind, we decided to create this page to highlight some of the best non-age restricted or “all ages” communities Florida has to offer.
Be sure to bookmark this page and check back often as we’ll definitely be adding more communities to it in the near future.
