Golf may not hold the allure it once did for those retiring to Florida.
You see more and more Florida 55+ communities coming to market without golf courses in their list of amenities.
Heck, there are even 55+ communities being developed on land that used to be golf courses.
But despite what recent trends may show, golf courses are still a popular amenity in some of the best Florida retirement communities.
While there are hundreds of golf communities in Florida, to make this list communities have to still be selling new homes, and have some type of either 55+ or active adult component to them.
